MY STORY
A brief history of Shillabeer Design
Hello my name is Nick Shillabeer welcome to my website. I have put together on the following pages a selection
of work that I have created over the last 20 years. As you’ll see it covers an incredibly varied spectrum of design across many industries. I hope you like the work I have produced as much as I have producing it.
I gained a BA(Hons) and HND in graphic design at Croydon College of Art in 1994 and then worked in London for 12 years. Eventually I moved back to my beautiful home town of Dartmouth, South Devon. Much of my work is still London based as the internet has enabled me and the industry as a whole to be less centralised.
For the last 5 years I have been the lead designer for Fishpie Design on Bella Italia (the restaurant chain),
we serviced Casual Dining Group Ltd as a whole which included support work on Café Rouge, Strada, Belgo
and other various restaurants. I was tasked with creating all their promotional material from concept to design through to print. This included quarterly menu designs, seasonal promotional campaigns and local advertising
for particular restaurants.
I now have a varied selection of clients from different industries and can turn my hand to any style of design to
fit the brief. Wether you are a small building firm or a large FTSE 500 company I have worked for them all.
